Dr. Mandy Zimmermann is a chemist with an engineering Ph.D., an ICF-ACC Certified Executive Coach, and is fluent in three languages. As a global senior manager in quality control and assurance, she created standardized quality and analytical methods in four continents. While working with engineering teams in Germany, Netherlands, USA, China, Chile, and Japan she realized more than technical knowledge and leadership skills were needed. In fact, the most critical skill to successful global initiatives and projects was to develop a greater understanding of cultural sensitivity and competence. Dr. Zimmermann has developed concepts for cross-cultural collaboration and helps organizations implement internal culture projects. In 2019, she began working as a cultural coach and consultant and now helps fellow global leaders improve cross-border collaboration in their teams and organizations.
