Introducing Coach Gracie Inacay

Gracie brings over 25 years in executive HR roles, leading effective HR teams. She has been featured in Hispanic Executive, award-nominated for her work on benefit plans, and sought out for public speaking engagements. She is the Executive Director of Center for Advanced Leadership and Founder of Inacay HRC. She works with organizations and professionals to improve individual, team, and organizational effectiveness through assessments, one-on-one and team coaching, leadership development, team efficiency and strategic planning. 

Gracie partners with clients in a pragmatic, thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. She coaches individuals one-on-one as well as teams;  helping them discover vulnerabilities and blind spots such as limiting beliefs and the inner critic, remove roadblocks, leverage strengths, improve critical thinking skills, gain confidence, build executive presence, and implement behavioral change that drives business results and professional growth.

While leveraging her strong business acumen, over the years Gracie has developed a panoramic view of the enterprise while working across a wide range of industries - financial, insurance, professional services and nonprofit organizations - and brings more than 25 years of experience leading HR teams. She is  an Accredited Coaching Training Program (ACTP) Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is also certified in the Hogan Assessment. 


Gracie strongly believes in the power of cultivating an entrepreneurial, collaborative and agile team culture, as well as the importance of self-awareness, continuous development, mentoring professionals, and sharing her knowledge and passion for HR. As an approachable and collaborative senior HR leader, Gracie continues to be sought out for advice and unbiased coaching which has solidified her role as a trusted mentor and advisor. As such, her coaching clientele continues to grow and expand internationally; and she manages two national HR Peer groups - the Asset Management HR Roundtable (AMHRR) and the HR Peer Group (HRPG).
