ICF-Certified Executive Coach and HR Consultant, Gracie is the President and Chief Executive Coach at the Center for Advanced Leadership. She brings over 25 years in executive HR roles, leading successful HR teams across several industries. She has coached leaders in organizations ranging from privately held to Fortune 100. She has been featured in Hispanic Executive, award-nominated for her work on benefit plans, and is regularly sought out for advice and public speaking engagements.
Gracie works with organizations and professionals to improve individual, team, and organizational effectiveness through assessments, one-on-one and team coaching, leadership development, leader transition and assimilation, team efficiency and strategic planning.
